Scope, LLC has extensive experience in developing powerful and complex Visual Basic/Access database applications with user-friendly intuitive interfaces. 

Since its founding in 1997 by Bob Wilson, Scope has a consulting and development agreement with a commercial software firm  to develop a suite of programs for  their  forecasting and planning package. Several applications have been developed, and Demand Replenishment Planning modules have been licensed as  inventory and replenishment planning add-ons to their forecasting and planning system

Wilson was on the faculty of the Institute of Textile Technology in Charlottesville, Virginia where he managed a research project to develop a manufacturing performance analysis system that determines optimum selling plans for marketing and optimum machine loadings at all manufacturing processes. This system was made plant tested on a consulting basis.  During his tenure at the Institute, he served in various management positions, in addition to teaching graduate courses and serving as thesis advisor to graduate students:

As a mathematician in the Advance Engineering Department at the General Electric Company in Lynchburg, Virginia, Wilson designed and developed computer software for electrical engineering applications, as well as teach statistics to electrical engineers.
